For granting the entry visa participants should use their letter of invitation (Xerox copy) which has to be submitted to the Czech Embassy together with the appropriate visa application form.

Please note that it is no longer possible to obtain a Czech entry visa at the border or at the airport.

If the participant wishes to arrive together with the family members, the CHISA 2002 Organising Committee should be contacted first in order to receive an additional letter of invitation. In this letter all accompanying family members will be listed with indications of personal data: full name, first name + surname, date of birts (day, month, year). All this data must be supplied within the request of such a letter of invitation.

Visa granting procedure may take more than one week and therefore it is recommended to apply for visa as soon as possible, but not later than one month before the Congress. The CHISA 2002 Organising Committee will promote granting Czech visas by sending lists of registered Authors and Participants to the respective Czech Embassy.

Participants without contributions will receive Letters of Invitation as soon as they send their Registration Forms.
